What can you expect on Sundays at The Grove Church?
The dress is casual, so come as you are. At the front door, you’ll be greeted warmly and receive a program that contains information about the Grove and current announcements. Feel free to stop by the Info Cafe on your way in and grab a hot beverage and get more information about our church and upcoming events.
If you have children, you can check them in at The Greenhouse, on the west side of our building. You and your kids will be welcomed and escorted to one of five Greenhouse classes for newborns through 5th grade – Roots Youth (6th – 12th grade) meets Wednesday nights. In each class kids are cared for by an amazing team of volunteers. In the Greenhouse kids learn about God through fun, Bible-based, God-centered curriculum. Elementary aged kids get to attend the first part of the worship gathering with their parents. They will be dismissed by one of the worship leaders and escorted to their Greenhouse class.
Corporate worship through song is an important part of any Grove Church gathering. Our style ranges from Hillsong to Desperation Band. You will usually find multiple guitars on stage as well as drums, vocalist, keys, and the occasional cello. We strive to develop a culture of worship in our church. We want to be worshippers whatever day of the week it is, not just on Sunday mornings.
At the worship gathering, you will hear a teaching that is engaging, relevant and challenges us to go deeper in our walk with God. Our goal is to allow the Word of God to penetrate our hearts and for His truth to change us. We also have an opportunity at the end of every service to respond back to God through worship and communion. We also have people available to pray with you.
We hope you’ll join us soon!
