Grove Kids

At The Grove Church we are excited each Sunday to greet and serve families through our Grove Kids ministries. Our heart and vision is to engage the hearts and minds of our children to know Jesus personally and to equip them to know what it means to walk hand and hand with Him for a lifetime.

Our desire is to serve families in all walks of life by providing quality, safe, age appropriate environments for your children to enjoy Sunday morning in. We offer childcare during our 9:00 & 10:30 services for children 6 weeks to 4th grade. In addition, we offer class for 5th & 6th graders during the 10:30 service only.

Our classes are divided by age groups and offer quality curriculum tailored for your child’s age group to teach your child about the Bible and how it applies to their life. We encourage this learning to continue throughout the week and do our best to provide resources for families to engage with together.

All of our classes are equipped with trained volunteers that are excited to serve your children and make their Sunday morning safe, engaging, and of course, fun. We also love for our parents to get involved in the fun and join us in the classroom throughout the year if possible.

First Time Families

Here's what to expect when visiting Grove Kids for the first time:

First, find the area marked for first-time families. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name
  • Child's birthdate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Make Friends

We were meant to do life together, and we believe that community happens best around shared interests and passions, so we have a variety of group demographics and content to help connect you with others who can identify with your season of life.

do something beautiful

Regardless which group you attend, the purpose of each one is to create a place where we can grow in love and obedience to Christ.  Small group leaders work at creating an environment that will best facilitate these opportunities to strengthen our faith..
